True Grade was founded on a lifelong passion for building, problem-solving, and precision.

Owner Bobby Fox grew up in a family-run auto parts and service business, where he learned the importance of hard work, quality, and customer trust from an early age. After years of helping grow that company, the family had an incredible opportunity to sell the business in 2023. That transition opened the door for Bobby to pursue a new chapter in an industry he’d always been passionate about — excavation and grading.

Over the years, Bobby gained extensive hands-on experience tackling a variety of excavation and site-work projects — from property expansions and drainage improvements to grading and driveways — both at the family business and for friends and family. Those projects not only built skills but also ignited a deep appreciation for the precision, craftsmanship, and satisfaction that come from shaping the land.
